We measure energy consumption at our factory, especially in the dehydrators, a key part of production. Therefore, we continuously monitor and train with new data to further reduce our consumption.

We manage solid waste through our segregation system to reduce environmental impact.
We transfer classified waste to an EO-RS and to the NGO Aniquem, which helps in the recovery of child burn survivors. These organizations give new uses to these resources and inform us of their impact.

We calculate our direct and indirect carbon emissions through the Carbon Footprint Peru tool (MINAM: Ministry of environment)
