YaconSmallanthus sonchifolius

An Andean crop that grows at altitudes of between 1,000 and 3,200 m a.s.l. Its main components are fructooligosaccharides, polyphenols and inulin, making this product a superfood known to be an antioxidant, natural probiotic and low caloric sweetener.
